(ROCKWALL, TX — April 24, 2020) Skyler Stutts is a senior at Rockwall-Heath High School. He attended Amy Parks Elementary and Cain Middle School, and will attend East Texas Baptist University in Marshall, TX. He plans to study business and he will be playing basketball for the ETBU Tigers.
