Anabel Balderas is a Senior at Rockwall-Heath High School. Anabel just recently earned her Level I Certificate in Floral Design through the floral design program at Rockwall-Heath High School. She is currently a floral designer at the Tom Thumb Heath Store. She plans on continuing her education and designing beautiful flower arrangements, which is her true passion. Congratulations Anabel!
