Rockwall city council members sworn in, Farmers Market to return June 6

(ROCKWALL, TX — May 19, 2020) Rockwall city councilmen John Hohenshelt (Place 2) and Trace Johannesen (Place 4) were sworn in during last night’s city council meeting. Hohenshelt and Johannesen ran unopposed in the May 2nd General Election.

The Rockwall Farmers Market is set to return on Saturday, June 6, with social distancing measures in place. The city council unanimously approved to close the 100 block of East Kaufman Street from sun up to 1 p.m. on Saturdays for the duration of the Farmers Market.

The Rockwall Farmers Market will run every Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon June through September.
