The Commissioners Court welcomed (Ret.) Captain Tim Quintana (Collin County Sheriff’s Office), currently an Account Manager for Southern Health Partners which provides medical services in the Rockwall County Detention Center. Quintana commended the Rockwall County Sheriff’s Office and Detention Center for continuing to achieve a gold standard of running a jail even during a pandemic.

“Rockwall County has led the way in holding a high standard of how to insulate a jail, and make sure this kind of pandemic does not impact their inmate population,” Quintana said. “Southern Health Partners is in 14 states and has 250+ facilities. Rockwall County is one of the very top gold standard facilities that we have. I can not compliment this staff enough on the things they have done to really elevate the way things should be done.”
