ROCKWALL, TX – October 30, 2020 — The Dr. Karen E. Williamson, DDS dental office recently presented Rockwall Patriot Paws with a $3,070 donation check from their Smiles For Life program.
The Karen Williamson dental office, along with thousands around the country, participate in Smiles For Life, a campaign that raises money for children’s charities and the dentists’ local charities of choice. Patients of the dental practices whiten their teeth for charity and write their donation checks directly to Smiles For Life. Each dental practice then chooses a local charity of choice to receive those donations. The entire team at Karen Williamson participates by donating their time and materials to make the custom whitening trays and provide the whitening gels.
“Through the years it has been such a pleasure and privilege to support the wonderful Rockwall organization – Patriot Paws,” said Karen Williamson, DDS. “We are delighted that this program allows our patients to participate in helping a local organization which does so much for disabled veterans. We wish that the hundreds of patients of our practice who have helped Patriot Paws by simply donating to whiten their teeth, could see the sheer joy when a veteran receives a service dog – it’s truly a game changer.”
