ROCKWALL, TX – November 5, 2020 — The Rockwall city council and Rockwall Police Department recognized Sergeant John “Marty” Arrowood with a lifesaving award during Monday night’s regular meeting. Sgt. Arrowood was presented the award for his heroic actions in saving a life on Aug. 29.
“Marty represents what is outstanding about the Rockwall Police Department,” said Rockwall Police Chief Max Geron. “His commitment to protecting the lives of the citizens and his fellow officers is unsurpassed.”
