Rockwall High School Stingerette Senior Showcase: Kendall Bayes

ROCKWALL, TX – June 3, 2021 — Our Final Stingerette Senior Showcase of the year is Miss Kendall Bayes. Kendall is the daughter of Brian and Anna Magie and Chet Bayes.

Kendall is a three-year member of the Stingerettes where she currently serves as Captain.

Kendall is also a three-year member of the Elite team, Showstoppers, as well as Kick Company, and the Hip-Hop Company. She was also Top 5 at line tryouts in 2018. Kendall was a Junior Lieutenant her Junior year and the Captain of the Jacket Babes JV Team her Freshman year.

For 2021, Kendall’s teammates voted her Miss Jump Splits, Best Jazz Dancer and the Officer Award for Best Teacher. She was also awarded the Officer Award Best Choreographer for 2020 and 2021 and Most Outstanding Performer 2019 and 2020.

Along with her team, Kendall performed in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2019 and also performed in South Padre in 2018. As part of the Elite team in 2019, the Stingerette Showstoppers achieved the title of ADTS National Champions and ADTS Regionals Best of the Best Officers and Elite in 2020. For 2021, Kendall and the Stingerettes were named Showtime International Best of the Best Team, Elite and Officers.

As a soloist, Kendall achieved great success including Showtime International Solo Champion in 2018 and 2020, and Showtime Solo finalist from 2017 to 2020. In addition, Kendall was a National solo finalist at ADTS in 2019 as well as a finalist at ADTS Regionals every year from 2017 to 2021. Also, Kendall was a solo finalist at Crowd Pleasers Showcase in 2019 and 2020 and a finalist at MA Regionals in 2021.

Kendall is a five year member of the Dance FX Studio competition team.

Kendall serves her community through the National Charity League, Lone Star Chapter, where she has been a member since 2015.

Kendall will attend the University of Oklahoma in the fall to obtain a degree in Healthcare Business with further plans to obtain her Masters in Business Administration.
