ROCKWALL, TX – August 31, 2021 — The Rockwall-Heath chapter of YMSL (Young Men’s Service League) wants to congratulate its three young men that earned the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) for this past year. These young men served various philanthropies through their YMSL chapter along with other philanthropies in our community.

Ryan Lester (16) served 205 hours this year (105 with YMSL and 100 with Meals on Wheels) and was awarded the Silver Award.  Cameron Knox (16) served 100 hours with YMSL and was awarded the Bronze award.  Kyle Field Seifer (15) served 59 hours (49 with YMSL and 10 with Helping Hands) and was awarded the Bronze award.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award is an opportunity to honor YSML’s most outstanding volunteers and recognize the impact they make. The Young Adult Category comprises those aged 16-25 and the Teen Category is from 11-15.

The mission of YMSL is to assist, serve, and support those who are in need in our community, develop leadership skills among our membership and promote Mother-Son relationships.  Visit their websites to learn more about YMSL www.ymsl.org or the PVSA www.presidentialserviceawards.gov.
