ROCKWALL, TX – October 22, 2021 — The Rockwall Rotary presented Cullins-Lake Pointe Elementary School student Leo Hangan as their Student of Honor this week during their meeting.
Cullins-Lake Pointe Principal Dr. Mary Pugh read out compliments about Leo from his teachers, who described him as always hardworking, respectful and a willing participant in class. “He’s hardworking and strives for excellence in all he does. He’s respectful and kind to others, is always participating and is a joy to have in class.”
