Elvis impersonator Manny Triana serenades Rockwall County Newcomers & Friends

ROCKWALL, TX – November 1, 2021 — Rockwall County Newcomers & Friends got “all shook up” on October 14th, when Elvis dropped in and serenaded them at their monthly meeting. The ladies were giggling as Elvis impersonator, Manny Triana, wriggled his hips and crooned love songs.

Manny grew up in Cuba, and when he came to the United States in 1979, his parents bought him his first Elvis Presley record. Ever since he was 10 years old, he has studied the King’s vocal style and mannerisms and has loved entertaining people. One Halloween, his girlfriend persuaded him to dress up as Elvis, and his second career was born. When Manny is not wearing the trademark white jumpsuit, he is an assistant principal in Arlington ISD.
