Royse City, TX (July 27, 2023) – On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, around 4:30 pm, the Royse City Police Department with the assistance of the Euless Police Department located Caylee Sellers in a residence in the 900 Block of Milam Drive in Euless, TX. Caylee Sellers was found safe and in good condition.
During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to develop a location where they believed Caylee was staying at in Euless, TX. Detectives and officers went to the location and Caylee was found inside the residence. Caylee Sellers was in the company of Salem Garcia, a 17-year-old male, who lived at the residence. Caylee was taken to the Rockwall County Child Advocacy Center for a forensic interview. Salem Garcia was arrested by the Euless Police Department on charges of Harboring a Runaway.
The investigation into the circumstances surrounding Caylee Sellers’ disappearance is still ongoing. However, in the interest of public safety, the Royse City Police Department can release that there has been no evidence found to indicate that an abduction took place. The local area Amber Alert has been cancelled.
