Constitution Week recognition held at Rockwall City Council meeting

Marilyn King, Tina Millican and Jan Self receive proclamation from Rockwall Mayor, Trace Johannesen.Rockwall, TX (September 26, 2023) – At the September 18, Rockwall City Council meeting Mayor Trace Johannesen issued a proclamation recognizing Constitution Week held during the week of September 17-23.  Members of the Daughters of the American Revolution Rock Wall Chapter were present. Speaking briefly as to the importance of the week, Tina Millican spoke about the US Constitution with Marilyn King providing further explanation as to the Preamble itself.
