Texas Health Named Among Best Workplaces in Health Care: System ranked No. 3 on 2023 Fortune list

ARLINGTON, TEXAS, Sept. 6, 2023 – Texas Health Resources has placed No. 3 in Fortune’s Best Workplaces in Health Care™ 2023 and ranked top in the state.

This is the ninth year in a row that Texas Health makes the list. The analysis, which is compiled by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine, highlights Texas Health’s efforts to foster an environment that supports employees’ work and well-being.

The Best Workplaces award is based on an analysis of survey responses from over 208,000 employees at Great Place To Work Certified companies in the healthcare industry.

Texas Health maintains a strong working environment for more than 28,000 employees who serve and care for patients in a 16-county area of North Texas.
