Rockwall County (October 10, 2023) – Helping Hands, Rockwall County’s main social services agency dedicated to supporting individuals and families in need, is excited to announce that our Thrift Store and Boutique remains open during our campus expansion. As we embark on this transformative journey to better serve our community, we want to invite everyone to continue shopping and supporting the Helping Hands mission.
The expansion project represents a significant milestone for Helping Hands as we work towards creating a centralized campus to meet the increasing needs of our clients in the growing Rockwall County community. Our expanded facilities will eventually house our Health Center, Administrative offices, and our Emergency Assistance Program that includes an enhanced food pantry, ensuring that we can provide comprehensive support to our community members.
We understand that construction can be disruptive, but we are committed to minimizing any inconvenience to our valued customers and donors. Our Thrift Store and Boutique will maintain regular hours of operation throughout the construction process, ensuring you can still shop for quality goods, stylish clothing, and unique finds.
Thrift Store & Boutique Hours:
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday – Saturday 9am to 3pm
Pardon our mess and any temporary inconveniences caused by the construction, but we hope you will bear with us as we work towards expanding our campus to better serve our community. This expansion will allow us to increase our capacity and effectiveness in addressing the growing needs of Rockwall County residents.
Helping Hands is grateful for the continued support of our dedicated community members, and we invite you to join us in this exciting phase of our organization’s growth. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who rely on our services.
