Rockwall, TX (December 12, 2023) – It’s that time of the year again where in one magical night, we can help further the efforts to end the skin cancer epidemic while also spreading holiday cheer!
Helms Hope hosts this annual event and others in honor of Shawn Helms Jr of Heath, who passed away at the young age of 21 from melanoma in July of 2019, as they strive to stay on the front end of skin cancer by bringing awareness, prevention, and early detection of skin cancer to the community.

Three amazing food trucks for people to purchase food and drinks from:
- Ruthie’s – specialty grilled cheese sandwiches for a good cause.
- Popcorn Papa – a Rockwall staple that now has a trailer to bring all the popcorn and cotton candy you could want.
- Taco Wasted – The best Puffy Tacos in Dallas come from this Rockwall based food truck.
Holiday Raffle winners will be announced! This amazing raffle includes a trip to Seaside, FL for up to 30 people, free Chick-fil-A for a year, Texas Rangers tickets, and more! The raffle can be entered online by anyone – winners do not have to be present at the Drive-In Event to win – details at helmshope.org/win.
