Rockwall, TX (February 14, 2024) – Children’s Relief International (CRI) is thrilled to announce the 15th anniversary of the Green Door 5K/10K & 1 Mile Fun Run on April 13th, 2024, at Harry Myers Park in Rockwall, Texas. This milestone year marks a decade and a half of impactful races, and CRI invites the community to join in the celebration.
Making a Difference for 15 Years
Since its inception, the Green Door 5K/10K has played a pivotal role in supporting CRI’s Green Door Ministry, which builds homes for those in deep poverty. Over the past 15 years, this event has contributed to the construction of close to 400 Green Door homes across the globe. These homes serve as beacons of hope, providing shelter and security for widows and families in Mozambique, Malawi, Uganda, Haiti, and Mexico.
