Meet Max, Blue Ribbon News Pet of the Week

Rockwall, TX (March 4, 2024) – Max has never had a belly rub he didn’t like! He also enjoys lounging in the sun, gently playing with his stuffies, and daily walks. (But isn’t interested in being anyone’s running buddy-we feel ya Max!) Car rides are his favorite-especially when he gets to ride shotgun!

Max has a silly personality that really shines once you get to know him! While Max takes correction well, he’ll require an adopter who will let him know he’s not the boss. Give him an inch, and he’ll take a foot (can you blame him though?!) Max is extremely food motivated and will never turned down a meal or treat. He will even dance for his dinner!He is currently being fostered by a family with two female resident dogs, a cat (who he loves and secretly has a crush on), and two older kiddos (8 and 12 years old). Since tiny humans can be super unpredictable, we recommend older kids for Max. A meet-and-greet is required if you already have pups–Max loves all the attention!
