Rachel Phelps (Rockwall High School Graduate) – Rachel has been actively involved in the National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta and is ranked #10 in her graduating class. Rachel has showcased exceptional leadership skills and a profound dedication to community service. She has further demonstrated her commitment to civic engagement by volunteering at the polls in support of our GOP.

Rachel is an AP Scholar with distinction and serves as a dental assistant at Rockwall oral surgery.

In the fall, Rachel will be attending the University of San Antonio where she will major in Biology and pursue a career as a Dental Surgeon. After dental school, Rachel plans on becoming a public speaker and forming a Women’s organization to advocate for improved attainability of dental care along with educating others on the importance of dental care. The creation of my women focused dental organization is vital to me, for diversity and inclusion, education, the creation of meaningful connections, and to achieve higher living standards within the world.

Isabella Ruffo (Homeschool Graduate) – Isabella is a lifelong homeschooler, Christian and conservative.

Isabella aspires to become involved in local politics and an advocate for conservative Christian values here in Rockwall County. In the fall, she plans to attend Dallas Baptist University to study Marketing and apply to the Watchmen Program which is provided by the Texas Homeschool Coalition (THSC). THSC sends a team of 3-5 homeschool graduates down to the Capitol in Austin from January 1-June 15 for the 2025 legislative session. During this time the students will meet with legislators, testify at hearings, analyze bills and lobby for and against bills. The purpose of this program is to advocate for parental rights and homeschool protections and to stop any harmful policy to both those causes at the state level.

Stephanie Parnes (Rockwall-Heath High School Graduate) – Stephanie aspires to work in International Law & Foreign Affairs. She will be attending American University in D.C. to study Pre-Law this fall. During her free time, Stephanie spends her time working alongside legal professionals in Rockwall and hopes to make this city proud in the future. Stephanie is VP of Law Club and leads the mock trial team of Rockwall.
