Rockwall, TX (May 24, 2024) – Congratulations to Aron Chaparro from Right at Home Rockwall, Texas, on his recognition as the 2024 Right at Home Southwest Region Caregiver of the Year! He was selected from thousands of other caregivers for his exemplary commitment to making a difference in the lives of his clients.
“I am so proud to have Aron as part of our care team,” said Rachel Reynolds, owner of Right at Home Rockwall. “He is committed to providing the very best care to his clients, which puts them and their families at ease. He is very deserving of this incredible honor.”
Aron provides in-home companionship and personalized care to his clients. What makes him stand out among his peers is his willingness to care for the most vulnerable clients who have rare health conditions, are at the end of life, or need higher levels of care. He thrives in environments that may make other caregivers uncomfortable and trains up on new skills to aid in his clients’ care.
“We are so grateful that Aron came into our lives,” said the daughter of Aron’s client. “Aron continues to impress us with the work ethic he displays and the kindness he extends to my father. My dad misses him on the days when he’s not scheduled and always asks when he can expect to see him.”
Aron’s natural ability to build trusting relationships with his clients and their families is part of providing extraordinary care. He understands the level of care his clients require to help them live more safely and comfortably at home.
Knowing that his clients truly rely on his care, Aron prepared seven different caregivers to care for one of his clients when Aron needed to be away due to a family emergency. Aron’s goal was to make the care for his client as seamless as possible and ensure his client would receive the same compassionate and detailed care as if he were providing that support himself.
Aron’s compassion, selflessness, and willingness to go the extra mile have made him a valued member of Right at Home and a beloved caregiver for seniors in the Rockwall area.
