Wylie, TX (June 19, 2024) – As an internationally known exotic animal sanctuary, In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue & Educational Center is often a local ‘best kept secret’ for families and out of towners to visit. But thanks to thousands of nominations, In-Sync is included in an unprecedented sixteen (16) categories in the Dallas Morning News Best in DFW People’s Choice Awards.
This annual competition recognizes and highlights the best local businesses and organizations that make the DFW area unique. The program has more than three hundred subcategories across thirteen main categories.
As a sanctuary and forever home to over 70 exotic animals such as lions, tigers, leopards, cougars, servals, bobcats, and lemurs, In-Sync Exotics has been recognized and nominated in the following 16 categories:

- Establishments – Nonprofit Organization
- Services – Animal Nonprofit
- Services – Women-owned Business

Winners are based on electronic voting through the Dallas Morning News’ Best in DFW site (https://www.dallasnews.com/best-in-dfw/vote/categories/). As a nonprofit, In-Sync depends on donations to care for the cats, so awarenessraised by this event can help in spreading the word about their great mission.
Supporters are encouraged to vote once per day through June 30th.
