Rockwall, Texas (July 23, 2024) – In recent years, the NCL (National Charity League) Lone Star Chapter, dedicated to promoting community service and fostering mother-daughter relationships, has actively contributed to Lone Star CASA’s mission through volunteerism and fundraising efforts.

Recently, NCL helped Lone Star CASA with their office expansion by organizing items such as toys for kids and birthday baskets. This will allow CASA to have a dedicated space where volunteers can come and get items they need for the kids they serve. In the past, the NCL has volunteered with CASA in many ways including volunteering at our fundraisers and volunteer appreciation. They have been essential to CASA during the holiday season, by organizing gifts during Christmas for the children Lone Star CASA serves, ensuring they too experience the joy of Christmas.

“We are incredibly thankful to the National Charity League for their unwavering commitment and partnership. NCL’s volunteer efforts are a testament to the power of community involvement in creating positive change,” says Lauren Rowe, Executive Director of Lone Star CASA.

Lone Star CASA is immensely grateful for the women and daughters from NCL and the continuous support they have provided. By working together, they are making a profound difference for the children in Kaufman and Rockwall County.
