This 1-day workshop will introduce techniques using a variety of tools for building rich layers of texture, patterns, and marks that form rich, complex foundations to your paintings. Painting with oil paint mixed with cold wax medium is like painting with Crisco or whipped butter. It is soft and creamy, and when fully dry, is very durable and can be buffed to a beautiful satin sheen.
