Rockwall, TX (December 30, 2024) – A countywide Call for Prayer will be held on Wednesday, January 1st, 2025 at 11:00am following the 10:00am swearing-in ceremony for newly elected and newly re-elected Rockwall County officials and deputy sheriffs at the Rockwall County Historic Courthouse (101 E. Rusk St) in downtown Rockwall. Local religious officiants will lead attendees in prayer for America, Texas, and Rockwall County and for all elected officials, appointees and leaders.
Rockwall County residents are invited to come and celebrate the New Year in prayer for unity and healing for our nation, protection for our leaders and their appointees, and wisdom for their leadership and decisions.
The emphasis is to join together in prayer to celebrate hope and embrace the principles that transcend any differences in the common cause to bind the wounds of our great nation!
