Rockwall, TX (January 29, 2025) – Rockwall County Library announces their location as an official AARP tax site. As an official site, from February through April, the library will host free tax counseling and tax returns to community members on a first come, first serve basis. The sessions will only be held on Saturdays and are by appointment only.
