Rockwall, TX (February 7, 2025) – New Mission, New Vision, New Goals!
As we step into a new year, we rolled out a freshly updated mission and vision statement after ours has served us well for over 10 years. In 2025, it’s our goal to stay committed to growth, excellence and innovation to support and drive the local economy. With these goals in mind, we’ve crafted a mission statement and vision statement that we feel best represents where we are headed this year and in the future:
2025 Mission Statement: To champion and support local business and tourism, foster community engagement, and enhance the economic vitality of the Rockwall area.
2025 Vision Statement: To be the destination for excellence in member services, community collaboration, business growth, and tourism, ensuring a thriving and vibrant community.
The work that we do supports businesses of all sizes and stages of lift. Whether they are just starting out or planning to leave a legacy in our community, we are here to support them to drive success.
Chamber 1000 Membership Campaign
We are currently the largest business association in the Rockwall area and we intend to keep growing to benefit the community! One of our newest initiatives that we are most proud of in 2025 is our Chamber1000 Membership Campaign. We are so excited to launch this one-of-a-kind campaign with a goal of bringing 250 new Chamber partners into our organization. Together, with the Rockwall Business Community, we are quite literally “teaming up” to reach our goal of 1,000 partners in 2025. There are very few Chambers of Commerce in the state of Texas that have reached this milestone, and we are poised to reach this elite milestone this month. This will ensure we have a larger voice in Austin during this legislative session as we advocate for pro-business policy and quality of life iniatives. This achievement will also give our local business community the opportunity for new connections with each other to expand their business relationships.

Now more than ever, we encourage all Rockwall Area residents to shop local! Keep your money where your heart is. When you shop local, you’re making an investment in the local economy by keeping your dollars here in Rockwall County.
Every dollar you spend at a local business helps to keep our economy growing strong. That money circulates locally, helping to create jobs, support other local businesses, and keep our community thriving. We truly believe it is a choice to keep your dollars local.
