Rockwall, TX (February 27, 2025) – The Rockwall County Commissioners Court celebrates 30 years of storytelling, music, and magic with the Rockwall Community Playhouse.
The Proclamation signed this week congratulates Rockwall Community Playhouse (RCP) for providing a “platform for local talent to shine” through high quality productions, youth theatre, camps, and a variety of artistic programs to the Rockwall area.
