Rockwall, TX (April 4, 2025) – Melba Jeffus, candidate for Rockwall City Council Place 3, was recognized for her outstanding contributions to the city and county of Rockwall by State Representative Katrina Pierson this week during the GOP Lunch Bunch monthly gathering at Luigi’s Restaurant.
