Rockwall, TX (April 15, 2025) – Abby Clements is a senior at Rockwall High School and Spirit Captain of the RHS Varsity Cheer Team. She is a 1x NCA All-American Cheerleader (nominated 4x’s) and part of the award-winning and record-breaking teams that competed in the 23-24 season.
Abby has participated in the RISD cheer program since her 8th grade year. During her years, she has competed in numerous UIL and NCA competitions. She was also on the first-ever RHS Stunt Team for cheer her sophomore year. Abby has been awarded for her Service Hours, 4.0+ GPA Club, Best Base, and Rookie of the Year for her first year on varsity. Abby has also served as an RHS JV Representative.
Abby plans to continue her cheer career for Dallas Baptist University (DBU) in the fall of 2025 on their all-star, award-winning cheerleading teams.
Outside of cheer, Abby is active in her community. She serves regularly at church in the children’s programming as a leader on the weekends and during VBS in the summer. Abby has also been in the Education program offered by RISD and has interned at Jones Elementary, 5th grade math. She will pursue education as a career while at DBU.
