Rockwall High School students compete in Rotary 4 Way Speech Contest

Rockwall, TX (April 24, 2025) – On April 17, four students from Rockwall High School competed at Rotary Hall in the Rotary Four Way Speech Contest.  The students competing were: Arjun Singh (sophomore), Ethan Abraham (junior), Ella Coco (senior), and Allison Watson (senior).  Students competing were either in the Speech and Debate class or members of the RHS Interact Club, which is the high school version of Rotary.

The speeches were timed between 5-8 minutes in length and judged by three Rotarians: Barbara Wilks, Tim Hartley, and Mary Liechty.  The speeches were required to address the 4 Way Test that Rotarians across the world abide by and use as their mantra.

Teachers Kyle Hall (Speech and Debate), Cheri Whitelock (Interact Club Sponsor), and Rotarian Anna Campbell (Spanish), were all present to support the Rockwall High School students.

Congratulations to these exceptional students for your inspiring and thoughtful presentations!
