Rockwall County (August 19, 2025) – Did you know the Rockwall County Library offers adult literacy programs? The Adult Literacy Center offers English as a Second Language (ESL), Citizenship, GED, and Adult Literacy Programs for the community.
Classes through the Adult Literacy Center are free (small book fee) with class times offered in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Check out the schedule – Fall classes start August 25. Click here for a Spanish version.
