Rowlett, TX (October 29, 2025) – A weekend shopping spree could help change a life! On November 5–8, Acacia Collective will host a massive community fundraiser sale to support 12-year-old Marley Mansour, a Rowlett local fighting a rare genetic disease called NARS1.
The sale is no ordinary garage sale. Think designer sample sale meets treasure hunt—3,000 square feet of affordable fashion, furniture, clothing, toys, home décor, holiday finds, and unexpected gems. Every dollar spent brings Marley one step closer to a groundbreaking, lifesaving treatment.
“This sale is about more than raising money. It’s about giving Marley a shot at the treatment she needs and bringing our community together,” said Kayla Mansour, Marley’s mom. “Every item donated, every dollar spent, brings us one step closer to hope.”
Why It Matters
Marley is living with NARS1, an ultra-rare genetic condition affecting fewer than 100 people worldwide. She’s the first person in the world to access a custom-made therapy developed by n-Lorem Foundation—a breakthrough that could change not only her future, but the future of others with similar genetic mutations.
While the treatment is provided free for life, the two-year trial costs six figures—and isn’t covered by insurance. This sale is the Dallas-Fort Worth community’s chance to rally behind one of its own.

“We’ve seen how Dallas rallies for a good cause, from luxury resale shows to pop-up markets,” said Ali Master, Founder, Acacia Collective. “This event blends that energy with heart and we’re so happy to donate the space for the sale. You’ll find incredible deals and know every purchase matters.”
Donate Gently Used Treasures
Those wanting to help can drop off quality donations from November 2–5 at Acacia Collective. Furniture, fashion, holiday décor, home goods, toys, and accessories are all welcome. This is your chance to declutter for good and help fuel Marley’s medical journey.
