(Rockwall, TX (October 8, 2025) – CityVet, a growing network of 70 veterinarian-owned practices offering unique programs serving people through pet care with kindness for over 25 years, continues its expansion with the opening of CityVet Rockwall, located at 159 E Quail Run Rd Suite 104 Rockwall, TX 75087. The clinic will officially open on Monday, October 20, 2025, and will be led and owned by Dr. Louisa Sidwa.
The clinic will provide a comprehensive range of services, including preventative care, diagnostics, wellness plans, dental treatments, pain management, and internal medicine, with expertise in both soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.
From her earliest days growing up on a farm, Dr. Louisa Sidwa found inspiration in the daily responsibility of caring for animals, a connection that sparked her lifelong pursuit of veterinary medicine. She carried that dedication into college, where she worked as a veterinary technician before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. Now, with more than 13 years of experience, Dr. Sidwa brings both strong clinical expertise and a lifelong commitment to animal health to her role as owner of CityVet Rockwall.
