Rowlett, TX (November 3, 2025) – Rowlett Reviews Book Club eagerly awaits their November gathering which promises to be a very entertaining discussion! The Way I Was is the next book that will be reviewed on November 18 by one of our best reviewers – Kathleen Cunningham! In this autobiography, Kathleen will tell us all about Marvin Hamlisch and the tale of his life and career, marriage and friendships with stars including Liza Minelli, Groucho Mars, and others. The book and this review offers an intimate view of Hamlisch’s life, Broadway, and Hollywood.
Kathleen is a great reviewer, and often surprises us with song and dance! Our club is open to all, and meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m. with great appetizers followed at 10:00 a.m. by the review. The cost is $5.00.
