Rockwall, TX (December 4, 2025) — Attorney and conservative Tiffany Miller today filed to run for the recently open bench Rockwall County Court at Law No. 1, bringing more than a decade of family law experience, a deep commitment to conservative values, and a lifelong dedication to protecting children and keeping Rockwall County families safe.
Miller said the community deserves a judge who is ready to serve on day one and who understands the needs of local families.
“I have handled every kind of case in my career, and I’m the only candidate in this race who has. I know how important it is to have a judge who listens carefully, applies the law faithfully, and always puts the best interests of children and families first,” said Miller. “I’m running because Rockwall County deserves a judge who will uphold the Constitution, protect our conservative values, and ensure fairness and accountability in every case.”
Miller, a lifelong Texan and proud Rockwall resident, has practiced law for over a decade with a concentration in family and criminal law, juvenile matters, CPS, estate planning, and probate. She is a certified mediator in civil and family cases and has been admitted to practice in state and federal courts across Texas. Her service to her community includes:
- Texas Federation of Republican Women (TFRW) Vice President of Bylaws
- Former President of Rockwall County Republican Women
- Rockwall Noon Rotary member
- Chair of the Rockwall Historic Preservation Advisory Board
- Board member for the Rockwall Rainbow Room serving neglected and abused children
Miller has been honored with multiple recognitions, including the TFRW Tribute to Women Award, a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow designation, and the Congressional Patriot Award from Congressman Pat Fallon.
“With the creation of this new court, we have an opportunity to set a high standard— one rooted in the rule of law, personal responsibility, and respect for the families who place their trust in our judicial system,” Miller said. “I am ready to bring my experience, work ethic, and conservative leadership to this new role.”
Filing opened on December 1st and will continue through December 15th. The election will be held along with all other Republican primaries on March 3rd.
