Rockwall, TX (January 12, 2026) — A long-planned residential component of the Chandlers Landing master community is moving from vision to reality. Marina Village Townhomes, a new gated townhome development within the established Chandlers Landing community on Lake Ray Hubbard, is now under construction—representing the first opportunity in more than three decades to purchase new townhome product within Chandlers Landing or the City of Rockwall with direct access to a true lake-lifestyle environment.

Planned originally in 1974 as part of the Chandlers Landing master plan, Marina Village follows the precedent set by Chandlers Landing #17, a townhome addition developed in the late 1980s and early 1990s. No comparable for-sale townhome community has been delivered in Chandlers Landing—or along Rockwall’s lakefront—since that time, making Marina Village a rare re-entry of a proven residential product type into a tightly held submarket.

The gated enclave will consist of 36 three-story, three-bedroom townhomes, each with two-car garages, private decks, and modern architectural design featuring lake views. Garages are finished with epoxy flooring and include EV charging capability…white oak wood flooring, quartz and granite countertops throughout, solid wood cabinetry with soft-close hardware, 8-inch baseboards and 4-inch casing, Delta plumbing fixtures, refrigerator, five-burner gas slide-in range, dishwasher, and microwave. Marina Village is being developed by LTL Family Holdings LLC of Heath, Texas, a family-owned builder-developer with a recent track record of delivering custom homes in Heath Crossing, including projects on Broadmoor, Sawgrass, Castle Pines, and Keystone Bend. The firm cites disciplined phasing, product durability, and long-term community integration as guiding principles for the project.

Beyond the physical product, Marina Village benefits from full integration into Chandlers Landing, a 24-hour guarded community established in 1974 and widely recognized for its marina, tennis club, greenbelts, parks, and waterfront amenities. Residents have access to Chandlers Landing Marina, on-site dining and bar options, tennis facilities, and a golf-cart-oriented internal circulation system—elements that have historically supported strong owner retention and resale performance within the neighborhood.

Phase One deliveries are scheduled to begin in June 2026, with additional clusters planned over the subsequent 18 to 24 months. Reservation deposits will be accepted beginning January 20, 2026.
