Rockwall County, TX (January 21, 2026) – The Rainbow Room of Rockwall County is turning up the heat this winter with its 2026 Chili Challenge for Children, set for Saturday, January 31, 2026, at Divine Peace Church in Rockwall.
The community chili cook-off will bring together local teams, churches, businesses, and chili lovers for a day filled with flavor, fun, and friendly competition—all to benefit children and families in crisis right here in Rockwall County. Funds raised will help the Rainbow Room provide essential items and emergency support for local kids when they need it most.
Guests are invited to have their say! For just $10/person you can come out and sample all the delicious tastes! Then vote for your favorite!
Got a great chili recipe? Chefs are invited to register their specialty ($50 registration) and see who takes home Best Chili, People’s Choice, and Best Unique Chili!
