Gregory Gulotta is a sought-after motivational speaker and sales leader with over 25 years of experience building and leading high-performing teams in the payments and financial services industry. A passionate leader and coach, Greg, has reduced sales team attrition by 20% through structured coaching, effective 1:1 counseling, and leadership development. He created and rolled out a nationally adopted sales methodology, 5-2-2—a disciplined approach to daily prospecting and closing. As Regional Sales Director at Talus Pay, he has built new divisions, developed nationally adopted sales methodologies, and coached leaders to increase performance, accountability, and culture. He is bringing these attributes to Jani King, where he serves as a Divisional Vice President.
