Rockwall, TX (February 19, 2026) – The Stretch Zone, located at 2455 Ridge Road, Suite 100, reopens this Saturday, February 21 with fun and educational activities and information for all!
The Stretch Zone Method is more than feeling good in the moment, it’s about delivering real, lasting results. Flexibility is tied to how our body works throughout the day, helping to:

- Improve sleep
- Increase energy
The community is invited to experience the Stretch Zone Effect at a Grand Reopening Event this Saturday, February 21 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Free demo stretches begin at 10:00a.m. with a ribbon cutting and refreshments to follow. Prize drawings will go on throughout the day with opportunities to meet local wellness partners as well.
Stretch Zone Rockwall is committed to helping our community move and feel better at every stage of life. We actively support veterans, teachers, student athletes, seniors, and city employees, and we partner with local nonprofits like the Child Advocacy Center and Women In Need. Through financial contributions and complimentary stretches at community events, we’re proud to give back to the people who give so much to Rockwall.
