Rockwall High School Stingerette Senior Showcase 2022: Kseniia Dergunova

ROCKWALL, TX – April 12, 2022 — Meet Kseniia Dergunova! Kseniia is our Rockwall High School Stingerette Showcase today. She is the daughter of Irina Schneider and step-father Kurt Schneider.

Kseniia danced with the Stingerettes all three years as well as with the JV Jacket Babes her freshman year. She was voted “Miss Standout Strut” in 2020 and “Positive Polly” in 2021. In addition, she is on the Kick Company and Hip Hop team and the competition Lyrical team that won the title of American Dance/Drill Team 2022 Lyrical Champions. She performed with the Stingerettes in the 2019 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade as part of the “Spirit of America” dance team as well as performed at Walt Disney World in January 2022.

In addition to dancing, Kseniia is very active in HOSA- Future Health Professionals, a global student-led organization whose mission is to promote career opportunities in the health industry and to enhance the delivery of quality health care to all people. She has been a member since 2019 and served as Treasurer from 2020-2021. Her senior year she had the honor of serving as HOSA Vice-President and Sweetheart for Homecoming.

Dergunova’s academic honors include National Honor Society, Spanish Club, and she serves as President for Rho Kappa, National Social Studies Honor Society.

Kseniia plans to attend Abilene Christian University after graduation to pursue a degree in Biology on a Pre-Medical track.
