Rockwall High School Stingerette Showcase 2023: Brynn Morrison

Rockwall, TX (May 26, 2023) – Our Final Stingerette Senior Spotlight features Brynn Morrison.  Brynn is a three-year member of the Rockwall High School Stingerettes and serves as Captain.  She is the daughter of Bob and Beth Morrison.

Brynn is a member of the Showstoppers Elite Team, the Kick Company, Tap Company, and Hip-Hop Team.  She served as a Junior Varsity Instructor her Junior Year.  Brynn was named “Stingerette of the Week” and “Miss Stand-Out Strut” in 2021.  She was also named as “Best Contemporary Dancer” at banquet in 2022.  She also placed in the Top Five for Stingerette line tryouts in 2020.  In addition, Brynn is in charge of the fun “Precious” mascot for the team.

Team awards for Brynn include JVI/RDI National Champions 2021, ADTS National Champion Showstopper Elite Team 2023, ADTS National Champion Officers 2023, and ADTS National Champion Super Team 2023.  Brynn was also an ADTS Nationals Solo Finalist in 2022.

Prior to Stingerettes, Brynn was a member of the Jacket Babes Junior Varsity team where she served as captain.  She earned the Top Score for Jacket Babe tryouts in 2019 and was voted as “Jacket Babe Best Leadership” by her team at banquet in 2020.  Brynn has also been a five-year member of the award-winning Dance FX Team in Garland.

Brynn had the honor of performing in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 2022.  She also performed with the Stingerettes in Walt Disney World on their team trip in 2022 and in San Antonio in 2023.

Brynn will attend Texas A&M University in the fall.
