Heath, TX (April 17, 2024) – Kayla is a Senior at Rockwall-Heath High School. She is the daughter of Brenda and Jason Resseguie. Kayla has danced for 16 years. She is a Forever Girl, having been a 6 year Southside drill team member, and has danced at the studio level for 8 years. She served as the Captain of the Highsteppers this year as well as Miss High Kick.
During her drill team journey, Kayla says she is most proud of serving as the Captain of the Highsteppers. It has been an honor and a dream come true. She is also a member of the National Charity League, PALS, Student Council, and National Dance Honors Society.
In Kayla’s free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family.
After graduation, Kayla plans on attending Oklahoma State University to study marketing.
