Meet Eclipse, Blue Ribbon News Pet of the Week

Rockwall, TX (August 5, 2024) – Meet Eclipse! This resilient feline has a story to tell! Eclipse showed up in a Rockwall neighborhood a couple of weeks before the eclipse. She was glomming onto everyone that gave her attention & was begging for help. She was getting attacked by other animals—she had some missing fur, an eye almost scratched out.

Despite her initial wariness, Eclipse is quick to warm up, showcasing her friendly nature and charming chatter. When she feels safe, she’ll even treat you to her signature “flirt roll,” a sure sign of trust and affection. With her striking chartreuse eyes and plush, velvety fur, Eclipse is a sight to behold! Though she can be a tad stubborn when things don’t go her way, Eclipse has adapted to indoor life and is diligently working on leash-training to enjoy the great outdoors safely.

She thrives in a calm environment and would flourish in a home without other animals, where she can feel safe and be the center of attention. Eclipse would be most comfortable with older, considerate children who understand her need for patience and respect.

Give Eclipse a chance, and she’ll brighten your days with her resilient spirit and endless love. She is current on vaccines, microchipped, FeLV/FIV negative, and spayed. Contact info@rockwallpets.com for more info or to arrange a meet and greet!
