Among these are three key people groups that we love to celebrate – young professionals, women in business, and our beloved First Responders!
Young Professionals of Rockwall (YPR)
Our YPR group is open to anyone in the Rockwall County area who falls between the ages of 21 and 40 (ish). We believe young professionals are an integral part of our workforce and it is YPR’s mission to help them thrive. We serve the vibrant communities of Rockwall, Fate, Royse City, McLendon Chisholm, and Heath, offering valuable resources in professional development, training, and networking.
According to a new survey released by Paychex, Inc., Gen Zers are the only group of the labor market that currently shows growth. As Gen Xers enter retirement and Millennials approach their prime earning years, Gen Z members are seeking to fill those full-time and long-term level roles. The composition of our workforce is shifting, and The Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce looks ahead with excitement for all this next generation has to offer!
