Rockwall, TX (July 23, 2025) – The City of Rockwall is proposing land improvements including boating truck/trailer parking, pedestrian parking, and site amenity improvements on Lake Ray Hubbard at the Highway 66 Boat Ramp. Portions of the property are within the floodplain and an environmental assessment has been conducted.
The environmental assessment is available for public review and comment at the Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department, 108 E Washington Street, Rockwall, Texas 75807. Contact the Rockwall Parks and Recreation Department at 972-771-7740 for additional information. Plan review will be available for 30 days between July 25, 2025 at 8:00am thru August 23, 2025 at 5:00pm.
