Jenny Krueger has been named the 2025 CEO of the Year for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) Southwest Region

Rockwall, TX (December 4, 2025) — Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas proudly announces that Chief Executive Officer Jenny Krueger has been named the 2025 CEO of the Year for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) Southwest Region. This prestigious recognition honors outstanding leadership and is awarded to one CEO across seven states: Texas, Arkansas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Wyoming, and Montana.

Presented by Rob McInturf, Vice President of the Southwest Region, the award celebrates Krueger’s visionary leadership, organizational growth, and profound community impact. During the ceremony in New Orleans on November 13, 2025, BGCA leaders praised Jenny’s integrity, innovation, and unwavering commitment to helping young people reach their full potential.

Across the Boys & Girls Clubs network, Krueger is widely respected as a champion of collaboration, innovation, and professional development. Her leadership is demonstrated through:

  • Leading her organization into national pilot programs and elevating emerging best practices
  • Promoting peer learning and professional growth among fellow leaders
  • Serving as an active connector and mentor across the Southwest Region
  • Contributing at a national level through conference planning, regional fundraising leadership, and service on multiple BGCA committees and task forces
  • Serving as a National Board Member for the BGCA Professional Association
  • Supporting emerging nonprofits throughout Northeast Texas as a consultant and advisor

Under her leadership, Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Texas continues to expand its reach and deepen its impact, offering transformative programs that support academic success, healthy lifestyles, career pathways, and character development.
