The Heath Way: City Staff Honored for Exceptional Performance in 2025

Heath, TX (December 30, 2025) – Department of Public Safety Officer Greg Mosely, Code Enforcement Officer Javier Falcon, and Public Works Administrative Assistant Tiffanie Ramirez were named 2025 Citywide Employees of the Year during the Annual Employee Awards and Christmas Luncheon held in December at the Rush Creek Yacht Club.

“Officer Mosely, Javier and Tiffanie are exceptional employees who exemplify The Heath Way — the City’s new internal customer service initiative defining how employees interact with citizens and meet or exceed their expectations,” said City Manager Steven Alexander.

“We are proud of each of these valued employees and their unwavering commitment and dedication to their profession and to the citizens they serve,” he said.

Tenure Awards were also presented during the luncheon to staff members who collectively represented 80 years of service to the City of Heath.
