Meet the Candidates: Final Friday Night Forum takes place Friday, January 30

Rockwall County, TX (January 29, 2026) – The last Friday Night Forum with Republican Primary candidates will include Senate District 2, County Judge, County Commissioner Precinct 4 and Justice of the Peace Precinct 2.The Forum is set to start at 6:00p.m. this Friday, January 30 at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 East Yellowjacket, Rockwall.

The Rockwall County Republican Party has brought a series of three forums to inform and educate local voters. The first two were lively and enlightening as candidates each presented their visions for office.

On Friday, Texas State Senator Bob Hall will face challenger Jason Eddington for Senate District 2. Senator Hall has served the district that includes Rockwall County since 2015.

Candidates for County Judge:

Candidates for Justice of the Peace Precinct 2:

Forums are free to the public and there is no pre-registration required. Candidates will be available to meet with voters after the program.
