Heath, TX (February 11, 2026) – The Republican Women Scholarship Fund (RWSF), a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2023, will host its Third Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, April 10, at Buffalo Creek Golf Club. The community is invited to attend and show their support for local students and future leaders.
RWSF was founded to provide educational and financial assistance to support and empower the next generation of Republican women. Through the generosity of community members and business leaders, the organization has awarded more than $20,000 in scholarships in the last 2 years to students pursuing post-secondary education.
The Scholarship Fund works to encourage and assist students by helping provide the resources necessary to access and complete their education. A single scholarship can create lasting impact—leading to financial stability, independence, and success for a student and her family for generations to come.
RWSF Mission is to “Provide Educational and Financial Assistance to Support and Empower the Next Generation of Republican Women.”
The annual golf tournament is RWSF’s primary fundraising event and brings together community supporters, business leaders, and advocates who believe in investing in young women’s futures. Proceeds from the tournament will directly fund scholarships for students seeking higher education opportunities.
“This tournament allows our community to come together to invest in young women who will become tomorrow’s leaders,” said a representative of the Republican Women Scholarship Fund. “Local support truly makes a difference in helping these students achieve their goals.”
