In-Sync Exotics to Host Overnight Campout Experience

WYLIE, TX (April 21, 2026) — In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue & Educational Center invites the community to experience the wild in a whole new way during its upcoming “Lions and Tigers and Tents — Oh My!” overnight campout on Saturday, May 23.

This one-of-a-kind Visitor Camp Out offers guests the rare opportunity to spend a night under the stars at the sanctuary, surrounded by the sights and sounds of rescued big cats. Designed as an immersive and educational experience, the event allows participants to connect with the animals and the dedicated staff who care for them.

The overnight experience begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday and continues through 10 a.m. Sunday, offering a full lineup of activities that blend outdoor adventure with behind-the-scenes access to the sanctuary.

Guests can expect an evening filled with unique moments, including listening to the roars and nighttime activity of lions and tigers, enjoying dinner with a variety of pizza options, and gathering around the campfire for classic s’mores. The experience continues into the morning, where participants will wake up alongside the animals and enjoy breakfast with the big cats as a backdrop.

The event also includes a feeding tour, giving guests an inside look at how the animals are cared for, as well as an enrichment demonstration that highlights the importance of mental stimulation for the cats. Each participant will also receive a commemorative souvenir to remember their stay.

“This is a truly special opportunity to become part of the In-Sync Exotics family for a night,” organizers shared. “Guests will witness firsthand the bond between our staff and the incredible animals we care for, while also supporting our mission of rescue, rehabilitation, and education.”

Space for the campout is limited to just 15 participants, and early registration is encouraged. The cost is $150 per person. Attendees must be 13 years or older, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
