ROCKWALL, TX (Jan. 20, 2015) – Springer Elementary’s robotics teams recently competed at the VEX Robotics event located at Utley Middle School last Saturday, with outstanding results! Both teams earned awards during the competition and one will be advancing to Regionals next month.
Featured clockwise from back left are Tiny Titans Ryan Bostik, Collin Renteria, Eli Deen, Jerry Dales, Caleb Rodriguez, Donovoan Copioli, and Ameer Abu-Ziyadeh, who received the Best Score Award and will go on to the Regionals competition in Greenville on Feb. 28th.
Shown here are the Cyberdynes: Bax Esch, Ethan Montanez, Jake Sherman, David Fadri, and Alyssa Brewer. The team earned the STEM Engineering Research Award during Saturday’s competition.
The teams have been coached by Paul Copioli and Jenny Kaup. Congratulations to the Springer Elementary robotics teams for their exciting achievements!
